I think I have a slight obsession with various shades of burgundy, I just can’t get enough of the gorgeous color! I wore this look on a day trip to Logan to visit my family. My husband and I decided to take a stroll down memory lane and take some photos at The Old Rock Church Bed and Breakfast. It has a special place in my heart for two reasons. First, my dad loves to be involved in the restoration of old buildings and did a lot of architectural drawing for The Old Rock Church ( also known as the Providence Inn ). The second reason why I love this building is because it is where my wedding reception, as well as my sister’s wedding reception, was held. The large old windows are perfect for taking wedding photos! It was built in 1869 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places in recognition of its “Architectural and Historical significance and to encourage its preservation.” Isn’t it a lovely building full of character?
