No matter how snowy and chilly it gets outside, you can always warm up with a cozy cup of creamy hot cocoa. I am a bit of a chocoholic and proud of it, so a packet of dry, powdery “hot chocolate” isn’t going to cut it for me. That’s why my tastebuds were elated with the fabulous taste of Williams-Sonoma Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. The first ingredient in this indulgent cocoa drink is Guittard milk chocolate. Guittard’s artisan chocolatiers have 145 years of chocolate making experience, so I think it’s safe to say that they know a thing or two about gourmet chocolate! Shawn and I both agreed that this hot cocoa is up to par. We decided that it would be fun to make homemade marshmallows to go along with our cozy cocoa and I knew exactly what recipe to use. It is in my beloved Miette cookbook. The fluffy marshmallows were the perfect, tasty “accessory” to our hot drink and quite darling as well.

Cheers ladies and gents!
