Fall has arrived here in Salt Lake City and I couldn’t be happier about it! I know I complain about living in Utah a lot, but during the autumn and winter months, the mountains are stunning! Honestly, after my beloved lil pup Lucy passed away VERY unexpectedly, Mother Nature has been my getaway. It’s only about a 15 minute drive to Big Cottonwood Canyon and it is absolutely breathtaking! We see squirrels, deer and even moose once in a while! Shawn and I scoffed at a woman that we overheard saying that she saw a moose up close that seemed tame and friendly. Clearly she doesn’t understand or respect Mother Nature and her animals! Ha ha anyways… Shawn knows that dressing up makes me feel happy and surprised me by taking me up to the canyon to look at the leaves and take photos of me for this blog post! It was quite chilly, which I secretly love because I can dress in layers! #CozyChic #SweaterWeather 🙂 . Currently I’m obsessed with burgundy and deep merlot colors. I bought this stunning Tory Burch Marion quilted leather handbag last year and needed a pair of fall heels to wear with it. Nordstrom has the best variety of heels, I swear! I love these Bella Vita heels and they are on trend this season with the block heel! I wish you all a cozy autumn day, my friends.

P.S. Momma and Shawn will never forget you lil bear, we love you most ardently! We know we will see you again in the next life and until then you will live in our hearts! Keep Grandma Teel company up in heaven! I know she will sneak you lots of treats. You were the only puppy she ever cared for and I know you will snuggle with her and keep each other happy. Thank you Lucy, for giving me joy when I needed you more than I knew! So thankful for my testimony of the Plan of Salvation and my testimony of it, it’s what has gotten us through hard times!
